Conducting ongoing market research and using the information obtained in analysing trends to identify and communicate market gaps, customer insights, growth opportunities and competitor benchmark products. Understanding relevant aspects of the customer’s business with the intention of capturing customer market problems and translating it into market requirements for product management. Leading product development proposals based on the market research obtained with the assistance of a team of professionals. The proposals must be aimed at increasing Osborn’s market share in the relevant product range, at improving customer satisfaction and it must seek to compliment the business strategy of the Company.
