Determining sales targets and budgets for the local market and providing leadership to meet these targets effectively.
Co-ordinating the deployment of the regional sales force to maintain currently held customer accounts and penetrate new markets which have been identified as showing promise.
Ensuring that pricing strategies are clearly enunciated to direct reports and that expenses are controlled within budget.
Maintaining personal contact with decision makers from key customers at corporate and regional level.
Provide technical sales service and back-up to customers in the area.
