Identifying the most common hazards and hazardous practices in the work place and introducing specific measures, procedures, systems and / or equipment to reduce incidents.
Providing leadership and training which supports a culture of safe work procedures on the shop floor.
Ensuring compliance of Osborn’s Health and Safety rules and statutory regulations and communicating any amendments to the Health and Safety Committee.
Developing emergency procedures and co-ordinating the emergency team.
Conducting internal safety audits
